Welcome to the inaugural post of QBlog, a new chapter in my online journey that marks a significant departure from the Scratch platform. This decision comes after careful consideration of the privacy and safety concerns associated with using Scratch, particularly due to the intrusive practices of the Scratch Team. It has become increasingly clear that despite its intended audience of children aged 13 and above, as well as younger users under supervision, Scratch fails to provide a secure environment for its users. The team's surveillance tactics extend beyond user profiles, creating an atmosphere where personal safety is compromised.
The implications of such invasive monitoring are not only unethical but also potentially illegal. Given these circumstances, it is imperative that we seek alternative platforms that respect user privacy and ensure a safe online experience. My decision to leave Scratch alongside other concerned creators like MrMasterKeyboard is driven by a commitment to uphold digital rights and protect our community from unwarranted scrutiny. As we move forward with QBlog, I am determined to gather substantial evidence regarding these issues with the aim of initiating legal action against the Scratch Team in the near future.
This lawsuit will not only address our immediate grievances but also serve as a broader call for awareness about digital privacy rights across our nation. It is crucial that such practices are exposed and condemned on public platforms including news media outlets, ensuring that similar issues faced by other platforms like Roblox do not go unnoticed or unchallenged in society today. By taking this stand, I hope to contribute towards fostering an internet environment where user safety, privacy, and freedom are prioritized over corporate interests or misguided policies. As we embark on this new blogging venture here at QBlog, I invite you all join me in embracing this change wholeheartedly. Together, let us create content freely without fear while advocating for safer digital spaces everywhere! Here’s hoping our collective efforts lead us down paths filled with creativity, innovation & growth - both personally & professionally! Thank you for being part of this exciting journey ahead!
